Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items Please note that customized jewelry or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

3. Return Process To start a return, contact us at orenzoitaly@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 business days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
