3. International Taxes & Duties Lumi Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Missing Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the local carrier or our support team within 35 business days of the shipping date.
